Italian pasta
🍝 Italian pasta is all about aesthetics, and today, we're preparing one of the most visually stunning dishes – pasta nero. Its unique colour comes from cuttlefish ink, giving it a subtle marine aroma. Chef Ilya will be pairing it with seafood, specifically mussels. Just a minute of your time, and you'll experience the chef's culinary and artistic talents firsthand. Don't believe us? See for yourself.
Ingredients:
🐚 200g black spaghetti
🐚 300g mussels in shells
🐚 30g olive oil
🐚 1 chili pepper
🐚 1 red onion
🐚 1 bunch of green onions
🐚 1 bunch of parsley
🐚 Red caviar
🐚 1 bottle of dry white wine
🧑🏻🍳 Preparation:
Cook the pasta according to the package.
Chop the onion, herbs, and garlic. Sauté in olive oil, adding each ingredient in turn. Cook until golden, about 1-2 minutes on low heat. Then pour in the wine (and maybe fill your glass for the mood).
Add the mussels and cover the pan with a lid.
Once the mussels open, remove from heat to avoid overcooking.
Add the pasta to the pan and stir.
Serve the black pasta with mussels, garnishing with red caviar.
For an extra touch, sprinkle with lime juice.
🧡 As we said above, pasta aesthetics are always on point. In this video, the black pasta, mussel shells, and cutlery perfectly complement the fiery orange caviar, making for an exceptionally "hot" presentation! Save this recipe, try it our and share your impressions in the comments!
