Our Return Policy

Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Product Replacement (if applicable)
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please report the issue within 48 hours by emailing us at info@wilmax.com with a photo of the problem. Failure to report within 48 hours may prevent us from verifying the issue and providing a replacement.

Refunds (if applicable)
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 days. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Additionally, if you requested a return shipping label, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@wilmax.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@wilmax.com and send your item to the return address provided.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be processed to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. The original shipping cost charged to you is non-refundable. In addition, if you request a return shipping label, the cost of that label will also be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the delivery time for exchanged products may vary. If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Samples and Free Gifts

If you return an item, any samples, free gifts, or promotional items included with the original order must also be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Failure to return these items may result in the deduction of their retail value from your refund. By accepting these items, you agree to these terms as part of our return process.
