Empire Café serving spoon with a 315 mm total length and a 100 x 67 mm bowl. This is a versatile serving spoon: the straight shape of the bowl allows you to serve dishes without damaging them, while recovering the sauce. Its capacity has been designed to dose portion sizes.
This set of 7 service tools fitted with a goldsmith ring is designed for prestigious receptions, buffets in hotels and fine dining restaurants, or even receptions for individuals.
Made of 18/8 stainless steel with meticulous finishes, “Empire Café” combines modern and elegant lines.
The 7 utensils (serving spoon, pie server, hors d’oeuvre spoon and fork, ladle, dressing ladle, tongs) are equipped with the Stop Glisse® process: the clever handle that keeps the tool on the edge of the dish.
